My experience:
A steam mop is good for hard floor cleaning such as tile, stone and vinyl floors. Originally I bought the Bissel Green Tea steam mop which worked for about a minute. So I returned it and got the Eureka 313A Enviro Steamer. So far so good. It takes 4-5 minutes to heat up from cold. If you need to add water during use it takes about 2 minutes to be ready again. I'm hoping that using a steam mop will keep the grout from getting dirty so quickly. It does not clean the grout since the cleaning pad does not touch that area. It will sterilize it though. It takes 1-3 minutes for the floors to dry depending on the humidity level in the house.
