My experience:
I got this purifier online from Amazon for less than $160. The first think noticed when turning it on is the extremely bright display. It's a big display used for control so taping over it is not really an option. I end up putting cardboard over it. The Ionizer feature can be turned on or off as desired. The auto feature is cool, but not when sleeping. When it changes speeds it will wake you up. Turn off the auto feature when going to bed. In fact I don't use the auto feature at all. It's noisy - even on low speed. Some people would find it objectionable for a bedroom. I can handle the noise on low, but I like a fan noise anyway when sleeping. Like the Therapure 201m, to notice the deoderizing potential it needs medium or high speed. After a month I have vaccumed the pre-filter once.

Spot Rating: Seems to work well, but it a little bit noisy for bedroom.
