If Skype is OK by itself you can try playing with some settings.

In the ATA you can try setting the Network Jitter Level higher.

You can try adjusting audio_frame_size (try 160 or 320) in siptosis.cfg for the codec being used.
If you are downloading etc during a call and the ATA is inline with your network you can try the QOS settings - although I

I have a quad-core 3,20ghz with 16GBRam, cpu usage is very low...

Tryed with Jitterlevel=-1,0,2,4...nothing, after some minutes I have the issue...]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Hi, I have an SPA3102 with 5.1.10(GW) version, and Skype 5.3..0.111. My SPA is correctly configured as the guide in this site, and my SipToSIs configuration is very simple, infact I made 1 or 2 changes accordly with installation guide.

My only issue is that when I do a Skype call after some minutes I hear a robotic voice while my listener hear me perfectly. I don't find nothing like this in the forum, anyone knows how can I solve this issue?
