Getting "clearing timeout expired" when skypeout call and call drop before connected.

Turn on full debug, create problem again, then post log.

It doesn't help not knowing where the SIP call originated from Local net vs public, if you are trying to use reinvite=yes in Asterisk or not. Also previously you said you were using a "real" IP as you put it and now you are back to a loopback address. Changing back and forth between configurations and not disclosing information is just a waste of time for both of us. Be clear about your current configuration to get useful help.
