Split into a windows and linux version:
changes to both versions:
New installation procedure. No need to copy samples folder.
New parameters: skipExtraPorts and chainInComingSkypeCalls
Generated sip peer passwords are now the same across all channels for easier setup.

Windows changes:
  Sample config updated for Vista 64 bit
  Uses my own sleep instead of ping for required startup delays.
 
Linux changes: 
  Complete rework of linux scripts:
  Added check for Xvfb in path
  Added tests for snd device
  Added sndShare Alsa setup example
  Removed need for xterm.
  Display starts at 101 now
  Updated docs with how to boot automatically (NOT running apps as root).
  Tested with Ubuntu 9.04

Added more parameter checking to avoid common configuration mistakes which may cause a defective stsTrunkPbxSipMod.conf output file.
Most configuration errors can be avoided by following the Asterisk Registration example.
is_registrar setting will be turned off if registering with a server (do_register=yes) - otherwise it will be left as specified in the base.
